Greg P. Wood has built his career around what he enjoys most—helping people navigate some of life’s most important financial decisions. A natural people person, Greg often jokes, “I loved this career so much, I chose it twice.”

After earning a business degree from Oklahoma State University, Greg began his professional journey as a stockbroker before transitioning into medical sales, where he spent several years while raising his young family. A chance conversation with a former college acquaintance rekindled his interest in financial services and highlighted the importance of planning for his own financial future. That opportunity ultimately led him back to the profession where he found his true calling.

“The timing couldn’t have been better,” Greg says. “Many of my peers were advancing in their careers, starting businesses, and growing their families. Those life milestones created opportunities for me to help clients protect what mattered most and prepare for the future.”

Since launching his independent practice in 2001, Greg has focused on delivering thoughtful risk management strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. His expertise includes estate planning, business succession planning, and executive compensation strategies. As a partner with Catalyst Group, Greg values the firm’s collaborative approach, bringing together specialists in investments, insurance, employee benefits, and wealth protection to provide clients with comprehensive, personalized solutions.

When he’s away from the office, Greg enjoys golfing, staying physically active, and spending time with his family.

Bradley Nelligan

As a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a lifelong Jenks Trojan, Bradley M. Nelligan is honored to serve the community and the people he has always called home.

After graduating from Jenks High School, Bradley attended Oklahoma State University with aspirations of becoming a sports psychologist. He earned his degree in psychology before completing his master’s degree in the field, eager to apply his education and help others in a meaningful way. During his graduate internship, however, Bradley began to recognize that his long-term calling might lie elsewhere.

As he worked with clients, he saw firsthand the stress and uncertainty that financial challenges could create for individuals and families.

Around that same time, an old golfing friend reached out about an opportunity in financial services. Bradley quickly realized that this unexpected opportunity might be the path he had been searching for. He embraced the new direction and began his career in the financial services industry in 2012.

Today, Bradley is a dedicated financial services professional focused on helping clients protect their portfolios from risk and prepare for their financial futures. He specializes exclusively in business, medical, and estate planning, helping individuals, families, and business owners build strategies designed to protect what they have worked hard to create and provide for generations to come.

Outside of his professional life, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife, Shauna, and their 4 children and playing golf. For Bradley, serving others is more than a profession—it is a commitment to the community he has been proud to call home throughout his life.

Aaron Curry

Aaron Curry is a successful and highly respected advisor to high-achieving business owners, executives, political and business influencers. He and his business partners specialize in helping clients grow, diversify and protect their income.

At the age of 50, Aaron is married, with 2 children and in his free time, he is an educator for the Establishment, a financial education initiative, and an Advisory Board member of MassMutual Oklahoma. Aaron also volunteers as President of The Care Center, a child advocacy non-profit, leads a men’s group, travels with his wife Jolene, enjoys a healthy lifestyle with diverse workouts, weights, cardio, yoga, hikes, bikes, golfs and enjoys spending time with family and friends and his church.

Curtis Smith

Ironically, a house fire was the catalyst for Curtis’ introduction to the financial services business. Curtis and his wife lost everything they owned when their Kansas home burned to the ground. Focused on what was important in their lives, they decided to move back to Tulsa to be closer to family and friends. They met with a financial advisor to safeguard their insurance proceeds while they determined their next steps. This individual would eventually recruit Curtis to work with him.

“The career appealed to me because it would allow me to help people and make a difference in their lives, as our financial advisor had in ours,” says Curtis about the initial attraction to his line of work. Today, Curtis’ practice serves the total needs of his clients – from wealth accumulation to protection strategies. Many of Curtis’ clients are professionals or business owners seeking to focus their financial planning as they approach retirement. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see the results of my work with clients come to fruition,” he beams, referring to clients whom he has helped guide to successful retirement. Curtis strives to be accessible to his clients and prides himself on the fact that many of his client relationships have grown into friendships over the years. “I live by doing the right thing for my clients: their overall financial wellbeing is my priority,” he adds.

Outside of work, Curtis can be found cheering on the Cowboys at Oklahoma State football games or boating and relaxing on Grand Lake. Curtis and his wife, Lynne, reside in Tulsa. They are members of Asbury United Methodist Church. They have three children and 2 grandchildren.

Del Dreyer

What many people expect from their financial advisor is common sense. They get a healthy dose of it when they meet Del Dreyer. Del credits his parents with instilling him with solid values. “My dad didn’t believe in debt (or a lot of it), and so we taught ourselves to be satisfied with what we could afford,” he says.

He also admits inheriting his love of numbers from his father. That made choosing a career pretty easy. Originally from Indiana, Del studied accounting at the International College in Fort Wayne and began his career as a corporate accountant in Chicago, before he decided to apply his accounting background to the financial services business.

The transition to working with clients on their personal finances was an easy one. Del joined a national financial services firm and started learning the trade. In 1980 he moved to Tulsa and opened the private practice that continues to thrive to this day. Del specializes in corporate retirement plans, retirement income planning, and estate planning. Succession planning for multi-‐generational businesses constitutes a large portion of his work with business owners of privately held enterprises. “I particularly enjoy helping people grow and maintain their assets and provide protection for the unexpected,” he says.

Outside of work, Del follows all kinds of sports – whether as a spectator, or as a participant. He plays golf, tennis and basketball. He served as the President of the Rotary Club of Tulsa in 2009-2010, and continues to be an active Rotarian. Del is very involved with Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church, where he has served as President three times over the past twenty years. He has also served on the Board of the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum and as President of the Tulsa Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He and his wife, Jan, reside in Tulsa. They have three adult daughters and eight grandchildren.

Jenny Paschal

Jennifer (Jenny) Paschal brings more than 23 years of experience in insurance and financial services to her role at BlueCrest Financial Alliances, where she oversees underwriting operations for agents throughout the Tulsa area. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to client care, Jenny guides cases from start to finish with precision and professionalism.

Jenny began her career with MassMutual in 2004, building deep expertise in insurance operations, underwriting coordination, and client service. Today, she manages all aspects of the underwriting process — from case preparation and application submission to coordinating carrier requirements and facilitating clear communication among clients, advisors, and underwriting teams. Her thoroughness and responsiveness help ensure every case moves forward smoothly and efficiently.

A Broken Arrow native, Jenny lives in the Tulsa area with her husband, their two daughters, and a rambunctious Miniature Schnauzer. Outside the office, she is an active member of St. Anne Catholic Church and finds her greatest joy in family, community, and cheering her daughters on at their sporting event.

Brandie Anderson

Brandie joined Catalyst Financial Group in 2023, assuming the role of Client Services Associate. Her extensive background in customer service is complemented by her intuition and commitment to efficiency. These qualities ensure each Advisor’s client receives the personalized support and attention required to navigate their financial journey with confidence and success.

As an Army kid who moved frequently, Brandie established her roots in Oklahoma in 2001 and has called Tulsa her home since 2006. Brandie places significant importance on community service activities that benefit women and children. She is also a Tulsa Master Gardener volunteer. She relishes being the cool aunt within her family and her chosen extended community. In her spare time, Brandie enjoys hiking in nature with her partner of 18 years, TC, a good strategy board game, and good food and wine with stimulating conversation among friends and family.

Trey Wilson is a Wealth Management Advisor who works with business owners, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals on comprehensive financial planning strategies. His areas of focus include retirement planning, risk management, business succession planning, estate planning strategies, and the integration of alternative investment opportunities when appropriate for a client’s objectives and risk tolerance.

Growing up alongside a number of highly accomplished athletes, Trey developed an appreciation for discipline, preparation, teamwork, and long-term thinking. Those experiences continue to influence the way he approaches client relationships today. He understands that successful individuals often face increasingly complex financial decisions. She is married to Mike who supervises the financial and data stability of The American Cancer Society. They have 2 daughters, Brittany and Hanna, their son, Ashton, and 2 grandson’s. They love volunteering as a family whether it is through their church home, or some type of community outreach. When Haley is not spending time with family, you’ll find her at the ice rink watching her son play hockey, or in her craft room creating handmade cards, jewelry, t-shirts, and more.
